The apogee of the investigation

The work progress of the private detective over the years has been of great importance. If before these professionals focused only on family investigations, the truth is that nowadays that is no longer the case. Issues such as insurance fraud, fake sick leave, illegal rentals, among others, are frequent demands when hiring a private detective.

For the work of these professionals to be complete, the preparation of the written report, the apogee of the entire investigation, can never be missed. This document sets out all the investigation carried out, serving as prove for the client and even in front of the courts. The report can’t be considered as one more step of the investigation process, but as the center of all the work, since it is the document that is delivered to the client, the final result.

As described by Law 5/2014 of April 4 on Private Security, the report prepared by private detectives must state:

"Registration number, details of the contracting party, purpose of the contract, means used, results, intervening detectives and actions taken"

Its wording should be objective, clear and concise, so it is important that the results be brief but well argued and with recourse to graphic evidence to demonstrate the written information. Its main objective is to focus on the investigated person, with data of the maximum possible impartiality to guarantee the credibility of the document.

As you can see the report issued by the detective is a fundamental element, which serves to assess the work performed and especially to clarify behaviors that otherwise would be very difficult to verify.

According to Law 1/2000 of January 7 of Civil Procedure the report of the private detective is a testifying document. As such, it is important to be original, objective and chronological by way of being well understood in Court.

The multi-faceted detectives

The work of the private detective is usually quite diversified. Today we can have an infidelity case and tomorrow a case of fake sick leave. The truth is that our work is not boring at all and all sorts of situations and requests are passed through our hands. There are more worked-out topics than others, since they are more common. So let us say that with the amount of topics we have, it is as if we had a thousand jobs in one.

Our work is divided into three large groups, individuals, lawyers and companies. In other words, these groups of people are usually our main clients. In each category there are also more requested topics than others, as such we will exemplify the most frequent requests.

When our client is a private individual, our focus of work is usually obtaining evidence about neighborhood problems, hiding secrets among family or friends, the location of people or topics related to relationships.

If the client who contacts us is a lawyer, our work is already more focused on the verification of the falseness in the use and enjoyment of old rental apartments, the violation of rules in rental contracts or also the preparation of reports of economic solvency and in the case of custody of minors, the non-payment of pensions.

In the case of our client being a company, or its representative, the type of work can be related to fake losses, unfair competition, absenteeism, corporate fraud, espionage, trademark falsifications or patent violations.

As you can see our services as well as multi-faceted, they include any type of client that needs proves to solve their problem, not only legally but responsibly too.

Our work motto is the satisfaction of our client by providing irrefutable evidence, obtained with the highest quality and professionalism.

The St. Valentine of the infidels

Valentine's Day, celebrated annually on February 14, is related to the universal concept of affectivity and love. From the popular point of view, this festival is interpreted as an opportunity to celebrate love and affection. At present, Valentine's Day is also known as the day of love and friendship.

The association of Valentine's Day with the lovers began during the Medieval Age, with a tradition in which in mid-February, young women wrote their names and put them in a box so that the single men could later pick them. In this way couples were formed that if they fell in love they could get married.

However, we all know that fairy tales do not exist and love comes as fast as it goes. Many times there are no third parties involved in the matter, but it is not always the case. In many cases the suspicions begin because one of the couple's members arrives late from work, says to be in a place and is not, or has a different behavior. All those little red signs are enough to destroy marriages and end relationships.

The truth is that it is especially during the time of St. Valentine that the infidels make more mistakes and the more suspicious try to catch the lie. Be it for unusual expenses or purchase of gifts that never receive, it is actually on this date that the work of the private detective most achieved when dealing with cases of infidelity, as many hire these professionals to follow, watch and catch on the act the possible traitors.

The work of the private investigator is to help his client to confirm or deny the suspicions, doubts and possibility of being the object of deception, in order to settle the instability in social and couple relationships. However, during the date of Valentine's Day, the detectives are seen with arms given to the infidels since lately they also hire them. Due to the evolution of technology, it increased the ease of anyone trying to spy on the partner with all kinds of equipment. Those who commit infidelity fear the possibility that they have planted listeners to catch them in their adulteries, whether at home, in the car or at work. So, detectives are called many times to intervene to detect possible eavesdropping devices, having to make complete electronic sweeps.

Valentine's Day is well marked in the calendar of many markets around the world, including private detectives, who may be the perfect help to discover infidels or know if the infidels were discovered.
